Walt Gaffield

Walt Gaffield is the President of the Fayette County Neighborhood Council, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization composed of member neighborhood and homeowners associations.  The FCNC works to help neighborhoods based on its experience with neighborhood issues and a belief that working together is more effective than working separately.  His working career was in Kentucky State Government, particularly in administration, and he has an MPA from the Martin School at the University of Kentucky.
