As the private arm in the public-private partnership, Town Branch Park is committed to realizing the full vision of Town Branch Commons by making the park a reality. To support this effort, Blue Grass Community Foundation and a number of civic leaders and philanthropists joined together to create Town Branch Fund. Incubated at the Blue Grass Community Foundation, Town Branch Fund evolved into Town Branch Park, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The board and staff of Town Branch Park are working to transform acres of parking in the Manchester Parking Lot behind Rupp Arena into an inclusive, dynamic, fun, and uncommonly beautiful green space, reflecting the culture and spirit of Lexington.
